Unter den Linden is the city’s principal thoroughfare
and the best surviving examples of Prussian architecture can
be seen there. Schlossbrucke features eight clusters of marble
statutes. Also on Unter Den Linden is the
restored Neue Wache, a memorial to victims of fascism and
militarism. The famous Brandenburg Gate is at the western
end of Unter Den Linden.
